There are no words to describe the level of customer service and the quality of food this location provides. I had Pizza in many other locations, but this location (1200 Rossland road E) is by far my favourite location to order my pizza. The owner and employees are very professional and very nice. They always make sure that their customers are happy and make the pizza exactly the way we always wanted. I would recommend this location to everyone. Thank you!

Purchased 2 XL pizzas for grandkids birthday party. Have not used this store in over 5 years. Opened the box, pizza did not look appetizing. Pizza wad over cooked, very little cheese and pizza was cold. Will never go back.

Ordered two pizzas for pick up. One had minor mistake; one was completely wrong, not close. Call customer service, re-ordered, no offer of compensation. Picked up replacement pizza. No apology. Got home. Not even close to being right. Totally wrong. Back to restaurant. Clerk looks at pizzas x2. Looks at Order. "Yes we made them both wrong". I asked for manager. He was too chicken to face the fact that his staff are incompetent. Avoid at all costs.

This place is great!! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing, and they know what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customer happy is their main priority food is pretty good, the price it’s 100% worth it

I have been going to this Pizza Pizza since it opened, perhaps in the 1990s. Through all of the changes in ownership and staff, it is my go-to source of pizza for more than 20 years. My favouite order: a vegetarian pizza, with extra base sauce, onions, hot banana peppers, and creamy garlic dipping sauce. It is consistently made to perfection. Thank you for your service.

Very satisfied with the customer service, I always come here and they never disappoint. Store is very clean and welcoming, very respectful people and always positive. Very good communication, and they handled my order very well at this location!!!!!!!!

We are loyal Pizza Pizza customers and like the varieties of base sauces they have amongst other things. We usually go to the location on Dundas east in Whitby. Had to go to the Rossland and Anderson location only once and that was a mistake. They have a person at the counter who to his convenience will pretend he cannot understand English! The only consolation was that there were others in the same boat with messed up orders and no proper customer service. Will stay away from this location. UPDATE:Feb 15th 2022. Happy to add that Pizza Pizza’s Main Customer Service reached out to me soon after I posted my review. They very quickly sorted the matter. Thank you. And yes, it’s Pizza Pizza this weekend!

These guys are the best. Not a fan of the pizza pizza franchise really, but these guys are so good at what they do, and always have the utmost integrity. Always put the right amount of ingredients on your pizza and will always make sure you are happy. This is the only pizza pizza franchise I will go to near me. I travel further then the closest location because these guys are so much better.

Hate the new card system. It's a complete rip off. It's costing me 3 -4 times as much per game. That's not inflation, that is a complete insult and crime to customers. I am absolutely heartbroken and disgusted that a place that used to be a perfect affordable time for my son and I is now a total sham. You should be ashamed Chuck e cheese. Great example of a disgusting and just greedy corporate manuever. Your low sense of ethics is disappointing.

The change in food menu and the cost of poor food is exorbitant. In the two hours I was there the lunch buffet was not replenished. When I asked they said it was late. Why then was I sold the buffet at 1:30. In future we will avoid buying foo and just enjoy the games.

However three times I had staff trip me or my daughter's. At no point was there a I'm sorry, oops or even excuse me. Even when I commented in front of a manager nothing was said. I understand it's hectic and it must be hard for teenagers but seriously manners isn't a hard thing to use.

I used to bring my kids here all the time, I brought my daughter here a few days ago to discover the new card system I’m disappointed that I am now paying more per game/ride it’s a rip off and we won’t be coming as often because it’s just not worth the cost, put the games back to one token per play!!!
