For the first time in years I had a less than favourable experience here. While the long term staff are friendly I got a new person today. While I ordered she was distracted with cutting open a box - I had to ask for my change, didn't get a receipt and the 3 extra bacons that told her I wasn't fussy about packaging on because they were for our puppy for the first time ever were on both my bacon and edgers. I was wondering why the price was a bit higher. Understanding customer satisfaction is more important than opening a box might be a valuable lesson. �
