Review Mcdonald's - West Kelowna

This place is being worst every day. Every time that I drive my kids there I find problems with custom orders. Rarely they prepare the orders exactly as we ordered. Other BIG issue is the cleaning. The restaurant was very dirty on our last visit that we decided to do not return there. See the pictures and think about what I'm writing of. We still in a pandemic and they don't have any cleaning procedures anymore, even the basic cleaning was not done by them.In the photos are difficult to see how bad is the cleaning in the tables and the floor.

Manager let me fill my cooler with ice so that was cool it was a 900 Degrees out that day and everyone was dying of the heat so it was a nice surprise to get some cold water and an ice cooler full of ice win-win for me in their chai tea latte frappe is amazing

Depending on what time of day you come here, your service will be fantastic or horrible. In the mornings the staff seem to be a bit older, so the speed and order accuracy are dead on. The night shifts tend to have more teenagers on staff, and that's when you have a 50/50 chance of your order being wrong. If you're using the drive through, check your order before you drive away. If I had a dollar for each time I had the wrong drink, or wrap given to me I could open my own McDonald's!

I go through the drive thru often for breakfast and have had my order read over to me to confirm and yet I more often then not, drive away without items that I’ve ordered! My orders are very simple yet they are still wrong so I will have to double check every time which is not a big deal but this is still unacceptable for a big food chain like McDonald’s. Come on guys it’s not ROCKET SCIENCE!!

Food was good, service was fast and order was accurate. Lost a star because THEY Don't ALLOW TAKE OUT BAGS WITH YOUR ORDER DUE TO A NEW BI LAW I understand plastic bags use bi laws and the need to charge for plastic to cut down or stop use....but PAPER. First of all McDonald's has had burgers in paper bags since the very first McDonald's ever, Since day 1. Now to "save the environment" from the biodegradable paper bag, you hand me food to put on my arm rest and Consol. Fries, falling all over my seats. Let me get this straight, you can wrap the burger in paper, fries... cardboard holder, cup WITH PLASTIC lid and you won't give me a Togo bag at your TOGO window that you sell your products from. I know it's not you as a company, but enough is enough. Tired of the stupidity, I am against plastic bags at the grocery store and always bring reusable ....But this has gone too far. Now am I supposed to carry/buy/wash (for food sanitary concerns)a reusable take out bag....good riddance. Is it just me?

Are you guys awake? You couldn’t have messed up my order any more if you tried. No tomato on the BLT (it says it in the name), asked for Mayo but got none on the other sandwich, wrong type of bagel, and forgotten hashbrowns. You obviously just don’t care.

Sometimes they get the order wrong but for fast food I'd say they do pretty good. Food is alright and the staff is nice.

They were working, so i can't fault them for that. However if you want your $1 drink, you are going to have to wait half an hour for them to give you a cup. Very busy, very crowded, very hectic.
