Review Arby's - West Kelowna

The finest cuisine known to humankind. Ok, maybe I'm overstating it but it's solid food, served quickly. Inject the Horsie sauce directly in my veins.

From out of town and we Just had our first Arby's experience and it was the best fast food/restaurant customer service we've ever had. Very friendly and great food too! Highly recommend the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Great place to get a quick bite to eat. Thank you

Love Arby’s. Stop every time I can

Been going there for years and each and every time the food and the service have been excellent. It's one of the things I look forward to doing when I get up there. Living a couple hours away I give them a run for their money too as I order many many burgers to bring home for everyone and they handle it like little troopers ! 🙂

I haven't been to Arbys for a long time and when I finally did I was very impressed with their service and the most awesome orange vanilla shake ever shook my taste budds! Thank you Arby's and staff, you earned 5 stars.

Don’t let the dinky drive through fool you into thinking that the food here is subpar. The food was crispy, hot & fresh. How this Arby’s hasn’t put McDonald’s in west Kelowna out of business is beyond my understanding. Maybe people just go with the same old…. (Boring) If you haven’t had Arby’s, step out of your comfort zone and check this place out. Even if you don’t eat fast food, at least go to have a look at the drive through. It’s a dying out type. I don’t always have fast food, but when I do, it’ll be Arby’s for me! Also, in my humble opinion, the owner is a pretty nice guy!

Food was great and customer service was amazing! Taking a star because they didn't have dine in or take out. My friend and I had to walk thru the drive thru to order food even though they have dine in area available - short staffed.

The family and staff who run this Arby's are very kind and provide excellent customer service! I have been a consistent customer for over 10 years and the service is consistently fantastic. Thank you for working so hard!

The menu has changed they have a huge variety of food . Not just the sliced beef anymore. Turkey clubs , chicken burgers . French dips. Poutine.

This Arby's is serious about not participating in coupons but always give you extra sauce. Top notch
