Review Murray’s Pizza - West Kelowna

Went in for pickup of a Hawaiian pizza. We have Been customers for years. It was the most horrible pizza ever. Burnt to a crisp on top the crust was dry and couldn’t even find the two toppings ham & pineapple in this overcooked brown mess. Wow very disappointed as we had a very long trying day. I called within 15 min of pickup as we had taken down to the lake. Phoned as they were closing soon. The guy was absolutely rude on the phone. Two guys working that night don’t know if it was the guy with pink hair or guy with glasses and hat. Guys in their 30’s who definitely should have better customer service skills than teenagers. He was arguing he gave me free cheese extra right from the get go of the phone call and pretty much said nope don’t believe you. His response was have you dipped in to it. I said yes my senior mom & I have each had 1 piece. Nope no offer to re make and said no not going to make it right in the future for you cuz I cooked it and it was on the conveyor belt for exactly 6 min 30 seconds. Who cares buddy it’s burnt and you have no right working in customer service. Imagine treating two ladies in their 50’s and 70’s that way. How appalling MURRAYS PIZZA. To have someone like that working for you! Used to go weekly back in the day in peachland. How times have changed. Bad food. Gross food tasted like burnt plastic. X cheese I don’t think so. What a horrible place this turned in to. Never again and the employee on the other end could really care less . Sounded like he was on a real power trip and it wasn’t a friendly environment when I walked in either. Yuck!!

Love this place. The kitchen sink with no shrimp is the best pizza in the province, hands down! Great staff, always fast, well priced. Keep it up Murray's crew!

The pizza was fantastic, and I can see why someone would want to do this, but guys... You can't just help yourselves to a pizza you deliver. I understand that these days you can smoke dope very inconspicuous, and that a pizza going out the door would be extremely tempting, but come on. You know what you did. Other than someone jacking a slice of my pizza before I got it, everything was fantastic, and I will order again. I'll just have to add in the instructions that I would like the entire thing.

Love the Pizza! We changed the sauce on the Popeye Special to Garlic Parmesan sauce, wow! Delicious! Also loved the ribs!! Great service! Delivery driver was awesome!

They definetly have a quality pizza. The personal pizza was a bit disappointing, but i get it. They are super cheap so didn't expect a lot. But their actual pieces are freaking incredible

I love this pizza pie it's always fresh on time and delicious add to that great staff and you have a winning combination to start and only gets better from there so thanks Murray's Pizza and staff ill be seeing you soon!

Amazing all the way around. Wonderful ingredients with nothing being skimped on always more than enough toppings. The variety of different food items is huge. The staff is always helpful and amazing as well

Awesome pizza. Until it went wrong. Called and complained about a pizza delivered that wasn't cooked. Rrsponse was oh yeah sorry one of our ovens isn't working. Put it in you oven at high heat. And you get $5 off your next purchase. Well the pizza didn't cook so I threw about $35 straight into the garbage. Too bad because I used to love this place.

We just moved to the area and ordered Murray's delivery. It was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, it arrived hot and fresh, and it was amazingly delicious!! Murray's is definitely our new pizza place, we loved it!

Very good. I like the variety and selection. Hot and fresh for sure! Friendly staff and delivery drivers are great! Have had various items from the menu other then pizza- the spaghetti and the lasagna are very tasty! The calzones were pretty darn good too. Yummy stuff!

It's good but kind of your run of the mill canadian 2 for 1 style pizza. I like how they put whole wheat flour in the dough but besides that there was nothing that stood out.

6-0. Murrays has never let me down. Not once. They are six and zero with a win every time. Best pizza in West Kelowna. Period.

Rough owners who do not care. I have to say the pizza is very tasty here and one of the best but the new owners do not give a crap at all about their employees and why I am finally making a rant post. I was an employee not that long ago and a very good one so I know first hand how they operate! I worked very hard for them, filled in a lot and just wanted some shifts, just even once a week in the least once two regular drivers came back off holidays and could not get as owner was a complete wimp and just let a driver make the schedule up and not give me one single shift a week as shift hogs only care about them self and he let it happen! I told him and his wife I enjoyed the job and had a 9 yr old to support and lots of bills and in a court battle that costs and that meant nothing/nada/zero to him so he is without a heart! I worked there too for over two months and a bit before just being tossed away when just asking for even one shift a week. So I am not in favour of supporting a jerk like this and hope anyone else sees through it and just orders somewhere else. Many other choices out there who are not jerks and I still am not even getting my final paycheck cause I voiced how much of a jerk he was to me! I do not even care as very little and not a great loss but goes to show what kind of person he is!

First time and it was fine!. We liked it. Delicious, crisp crust. The toppings tasted fresh and it wasn't too greasy. Sometimes I crave greasy pizza. But MOST times, I don't. So I was happy about that. We ordered the Toscana thin crust and Hawaiian Deluxe. It was good! We're new to the area and I've only tried a few places nearby. So far, Murray's will be our go-to joint when it comes to the pizza pie.

Returned. Very pleased with the new & improved staff. I haven't been in months due to lousy customer service and quality of food but received their menu in the mail and decided to try again. Everything was great and I'm happy to have my favorite pizza place back in shape.

Mmmmmmm Pizza. So this weekend I moved from Kelowna to Glenrosa and needed to feed my hungry helpers. My good friend from the area insisted that we use the little place called,"Murray's Pizza " so I gave it a try and ordered 4 large pizzas. Within 30 minutes the delivery driver was there at the door and could tell we were moving in. He introduced himself as the owner of the 3 locations and welcomed us to the neighbourhood and let us know about the daily specials and even gave my kids a 2 litre of pop at no charge.<br/> We ate like kings and my buds all loved the huge Meat Lovers pizzas that were loaded with tons of meat and cheese....the kids loved the Hawaiian Deluxe and the wives kept going on about the "Popeye Pizza " a veggie pizza with spinach, But my favourite had to be the BBQ Chicken Pizza which I would normally have never tried but my friend wanted it....now it will be ordered every time we get pizza !!!<br/> Glad to see that there are great alternatives to the big box, generic pizza joints out there that actually load up on the toppings instead of skimping on them to save money. Murray's not only have great food but also seem to have great service by people who care about their business and there customers.<br/> I recommend everyone give it a try and see what I am talking about ! Support your local business's and sometimes you do find a hidden gem like Murray's.
