This was our first stop after the long drive from Vancouver. We were here to support an indigenous restaurant and try the bannocks. We got the bannocks to go and had the taco bowls to eat there. The staff were all very friendly (which we don't get that often in Vancouver 😅) I got the deer taco bowl
Very cute little spot to pull over for a casual lunch. Simple menu that still appeals to a wide range of people. Every dish here comes with a Bannock- their traditional bread
Tried the tacos, iced latte, traditional Bannok and a cinnamon one; everything was delicious and the staff was super friendly. They were also thoughtful to help us navigate the menu with dietary restrictions. Will definitely return to try again!
Excellent local indigenous cafe. The BBQ chicken bowl, Lavender lemonade and Saskatoon berry ice tea, were outstanding. Friendly service and super fast too!
We will definitely be back!! 5 stars.
Stopped by for a refreshing smoothie on a hot summer day. I really enjoyed it - not too sweet but super flavourful. Ample parking available in front as well.
Just have to try it! My mom had accidentally ordered my breakfast sandwich with no tomato AND no egg but I loved it. Bacon was delicious! Maple glaze bannock was my favourite.
Nothing really special. The service behind the counter is inconsistent, sometimes poor. The buns and pastry are tasteless and overpriced, but they seems popular with the oberse regular customers. We normally just buy coffee because it's marginally better than other local choices
I make a point to come to this restaurant whenever I'm in the area. Can't get over how good the food is.. Would recommend getting a Saskatoon berry smoothie with your order - otherwise you're missing out!
That being said I give 4/5 stars as when I was there last there were a lot of people lining up
