Had an issue in the past with a prepaid product. The owner (I assume?) handled my issue in a pretty good timely manner. Though I do very much appreciate how the issue was handled I still cannot recommend pre-purchasing anything here with their current system in place. Their prices are competitive and their shakes are great!

HERCS has a good selection of products and the staff are wonderful to order in items that are tricky to find. I just got a 5lb tub of Casien. It's important to support small local business as the world returns to some sense of normalcy. They have great shakes too.

Herc’s Nutrition is fantastic. They have the best protein shakes in the KW and plenty of flavours and other supplements to put in them. In all my visits I’ve been impressed by the friendly staff and their knowledge of the products. Simply high quality and affordable products. They have really helped me a lot when it comes to nutrition and with my training and achieving my goals.
