Had an issue in the past with a prepaid product. The owner (I assume?) handled my issue in a pretty good timely manner. HERCS has a good selection of products and the staff are wonderful to order in items that are tricky to find. I just got a 5lb tub of Casien. It's important to support small local business as the world returns to some sense of normalcy. They have great shakes too.
