Besides the wait time (which should be expected when there are only four people doing the job of atleast five) it is a great establishment, the employees work efficiently when trained. Despite the occasional lack of communication between the staff and customer in relation to orders and order numbers

Received my latest hamburger and saw that the bun was different. Then I remembered there were bun bags with the grocery store's "50%" sticker visible from the front in the back where they make the food. Disappointed Harvey's prides itself on using the freshest ingredients then cuts corners on buying
This company sent coupons to my mailbox, when I want to use it they told me they don't accept any coupons.. good job to throw you customers away, never want to try Harvey's .there are plenty of honest restaurants
Got a coupon from Harvey email. The store locator link attached with the coupon showed i can use it here. Turns out i cant for whatever reason.
