Been here a few times throughout university and it’s been consistent in it’s heart attack/drunk food reputation. Great salad portion. Chicken is definitely in a pool of sauce to mask its flavour. My order: Chicken platter with fattoush salad option and regular amount garlic sauce, hot sauce on the side

Can I give 0 star? Please 🙏 atleast do something on your chicken taste quality. What kind of spices you guys used in chicken shawarma? That's really not tasted as chicken shawarma, instead all the taste I got salty black pepper chicken with lots of fats, tasteless really!!. Please change your recipe or spices of chicken. The only charm of this shop is its open till late night. Its not my first time here, I wanted to give them a chance after fee months or year that if they really care about customer review, but nah.. i was wrong. Second suggestion, don't shred shawarma chicken that it turned into minced chicken. Please have some respect in the name of "shawarma" otherwise people stop trusting this flavorful middle eastern fast food. I ordered chicken poutine and I regret ordering it, costing 15+taxes and don't ask me what I got.

I am actually a regular customer at Lazeez and I couldn't even expect why did they do like this. I have ordered chicken poutine for take-away and I have received without the topping white sauce and the "lines of hot" also missing. I ate without any taste and it was horrible to expect. How can you do this to a loyal customer like me? This is not even expected from Lazeez😔

I am a fan of Middle East food especially falafels. Tried so many places so thought to give it a try to lazeez shawarma. I tried falafel on rocks. To be honest falafels tasted like rocks and their rice was stale and uncooked . The staffs not wearing masks and gloves when preparing the food. My food was dripping in grease and sauces were too much. Had to throw the food as the food was not fresh and it was stale and not fresh. Before ordering please make sure that the food is fresh

One of my favourite Shawarma places! Its good ordering it on an app and getting it in person. It always comes warm. I love their shawarma on Sticks. Their garlic sauce is delicious, and man their regular hot sauce is hot, but definitely worth while. Highly recommend the Waterloo location!

I just ordered Chicken half-n-half Large and categorically asked for putting Garlic sauce in layers. The whole objective was to not have the shawarma dry. I received the order absolute dry. Forget about the garlic sauce in layers, I received almost no garlic sauce. The guy putting the sauce seemed like he is going to have his salary increased if he saves 3 tea-spoons of sauce. This place has people who prepare very differently. Sometimes it is good and sometimes WORST.

Tastes good but remember to free up you schedule for the next 24 hrs

There's like a 66.66% chance you will get a stomachache eating here. Do not go here if you have something to do for the rest of the day because you're flipping a coin whether you'll spend the rest of the day in the washroom or not. It tastes good though you end up going back despite any logic or reason.
