Review Pizza Pizza - Waterloo

Good service and friendly staff. Usually orders takes 15-20 mins, so I prefer ordering in advance. Medium size Seating area, clean and tidy. Washrooms are in a good conditions.

Please avoid pizza pizza. I've ordered from them on and off for the last 2 years and most of the time the pepperoni seems undercooked all the time. I just from them today and asked for a well done pizza. Got a pizza that wasn't even fully cooked. All mushy on the inside. Pepperoni looked more raw then usual. When I called and told them what happened, he said he will offer me a 7$ refund on the pizza pizza rewards or they will make me a new pizza and I told them that I don't have time for that. It's 12:40 and I have to go to bed and work the next day. So apparently they have a no refund policy. I think that is a total scam. They can just take your money and give you horrible service and food in return with no consequence. Btw the 7$ refund would only cover 1/4 of what i just paid for.

Usually I like pizza pizza's custom made pizza. But this branch was terrible. - insufficient staff - unavailability of straw (happened 2nd time) - inaccessible paper napkins (you need to ask everytime for few napkins) - only 1 set of spices among many tables

Pizza was much better this time around but ordered extra cheese as they still skimp on the amount toppings. Also didn't order sausage as is tasteless. Buddy's down at weber/university way better both in quality of toppings and overall taste.

The staff at this branch were very friendly. The owner is always there trying to make customers feel welcome , the restaurant was surprisingly clean and the food here was much better than other pizza pizza's in Waterloo honestly. I would recommend them for sure.

The pizza at this place has gotten better since previous times. The service was quicker even though they were busy. They unconditionally accepted my Air Miles voucher which was really great, and all in all... a good experience!

gave 2 stars because i'm feeling generous. I don't know what the pizza is like because i stood there forever and never got help. Staff walked by behind the counter, and there were no orders coming out or going in that i could see. Almost everyone in the seating area was waiting, i would guess there were 3 groups for a total of a dozen people. All I wanted was a slice. Another customer came up from the seats and was also ignored until he gave up and went back. I turned around walked out the door after another minute or two.

Pizza was good. Had medium with 1 topping for 6.99. Little low on cheese. Ordered large wedges as well. Box came only half full. Probably they are cost cutting or something.
