Review A & W - Waterloo

If you are in a rush, this is the last Tim Hortons I would come to. I try to be patient as it’s one of the busier Tim’s. However today, I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwhich. Waited 15 minutes until I asked the worker what was taking so long (as it was very dead during this time) and he said they’re out of eggs. Would’ve been nice to know before ordering. Lack of communication between the staff making it a very frustrating experience. Could tell some of the staff had no concern over the quality of their service.

Had the worst experience. There was a homeless man in the store, who was racist. He verbally abused my friends, who were Indians. The staff did nit take any initiative to come forth and address the issue or even show any sign of support. Seriously, I am disappointed in the staff and did not expect this to happen in an immigrant friendly country like Canada. We asked the staff to call the police, but their supervisor asked them not to!! This is really disappointing. Will never ever go back to that place. We know people like these exist, but as better humans it is our duty to fight or at least show some form of support!! And this was not it!!!

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve EVER been to. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but on every occasion I’m left disappointed. From incredibly slow service to getting my order completely wrong, this location will make sure you don’t want to come back again.

Had a interview with the main person for a bunch of these Tim Hortons locations Kathy I was told over the phone they were going to hire me 8-4 Mon- Friday for this location that was April 2nd it is now April, 22 still with no word, or phone call back glad you guys forgot about me and wasted so much of my time! *Edit HAPPY 1 MONTH OF WASTING MY TIME! I was completely ignored no phone call back after message left and no response to this review again THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME

Every time I’ve been to this location the service has been terrible. Order is incorrect consistently, once got a bacon grilled cheese with no bacon. Today I was charged $2 extra and when confronted they claimed “the screen is broken.” They refused to provide a receipt claiming the machine was broken as well. After doing the math I was undoubtedly scammed. Guy looked high out of his mind too. Truly a staff that doesn’t care and I’d highly recommend you go around the corner. Stay away from this place with a 10 foot pole.

Pathetic customer service by employees. 7 employees working in front and 2 in the back still the slowest service I ever received. After waiting for 15mins to get a Begal and Cheese tea biscuit, when asked why it is taking longer to get the order ready, they just kept doing their own work and asking other employees what happened. After another 5 mins of waiting, one of the employee comes and tells us that we accidentally gave your order to someone else and are remaking your order but we don't have cheese tea biscuit left. Kept staring at me like I should tell him what to be done next. Did not offered anything in exchange. Had to get refund which took another 5 mins. I understand that mistakes happen, but these employees need to take responsibility for it, communicate properly with both customers and other colleagues at work, and coordinate better. Even the supervisor did not seemed to care of what happened. Wasted good 30mins of my life and didn't even get my food. Next time I will rather walk 10mins more and go to Tim Hortons at Bridgeport Plaza which service is great.

This is the worst branch Tim Hortons has. The customer service is terrible, it takes forever for someone to take your order. Associates don't even look at the customers. We just stand in line and wait and have ask them to take our order. Rude staff, and poorly managed branch

Worst-Carelesness by the Supervisor! I just had the worst incident from the staff, especially the Senior level one. So me and my friend went for a coffee and dining in. One of the customers who was a homeless guy started harassing and abusing us in both agressive and rasictic manner. As had for a while , I asked the staff to call the cops and they said they are going to. But I couldn't see any cops coming for 30 mins. I asked them "did you call the cops?" . They said their supervisor said it's not needed. The supervisor showed utter carelessness and was not at all in any possession for being in that job. I had to call the cops myself and had to take necessary actions as the situation was escalating and would have ended in injuries. These people have the worst approach towards an issue and are not valueing people's life at all. It won't cost him anything to call cops and am very much disappointed with the approach he performed.
