Others are right. It was old and watery and we were allowed to run the machine until it came out solid and cold. They had strawberry vanilla chocolate and cookies and cream which is so basic we almost left but we drove all the way out there so we stayed. A good selection of toppings but overall not fresh. It’s not even frozen yoghurt it’s slushy ice. It melted fast and tasted bland. At 75 cents an ounce it was better priced than Menchies but the quality was terrible and I do not recommend this location. It did not satisfy and I’d rather stick to the ice cream truck. At least that is well priced and delicious. These cups are half full and were 5-6$ each. Ridiculous.

Honestly this has to be the worst most disgusting frozen yogurt I have had in all of my 30 Years of Living. Not only did the old machines cough out what was supposed to be frozen yogurt and ended up being grainy milk slushie but the toppings lacked selection but also tasted stale and just like the smell of the coffee house, William's in which it is located. Save yourself the money the time and your taste buds and legit go to the grocery store and buy yourself no name ice cream, you will get more satisfaction with that.

OMFG Why did I not read reviews first. I rarely crave frozen yogurt and after this experience I’ll likely never again. I’ve already wasted my money and Time so I’m cutting this short. What a huge disappointment now trying to say something positive the staff went well with the product I tried to rate without star but apparently everyone deserves at least one star. I disagree again absolutely gross.

What an incredible disappointment. The frogurt was watery, the toppings were dense and stale. The worst part is how expensive that nonsense is... sheeeesh! Other than spending time with a friend, the experience was just blergh.

Staff is very friendly and personable plus the premises is well maintained and inviting. The only drawback was the lack of available flavours as well as a dearth of charging outlets for laptops. Otherwise, the visit was quite pleasant.
