Tim Hortons - Waterloo - Photo album

Order was cancelled online for no reason then said I have to go in to get a refund well apparently I can only talk to the manager but she is SO hard to reach due to her managing a couple stores (which is understandable). Apparently the other staff don’t know when she will be in I just gotta keep try
These guys are open 24 hours... and as for fast food chains and the many errors that they all make... This is one that is Canadian made and one that I will always stand up for and be proud of! Keep up the good work and thank you for returning to 24 hour walk in service!
Likely the worse Tim Hortons in the Tri-City area. Never any stock for food items to order and the service is always extremely slow. Does not matter how many staff are working or that there is no drive thru to worry about. Better off going to Northfield and Davenport at least there they will have fo

Coffee was good i guess that’s what matter to most of people but I noticed the staff is not very friendly they talk like we owe them something, no offence but people who work in food industry are underpaid and overworked everyone knows it already but this does not give them Privilege to behave cold
Great coffee and treats, they do not carry the white powder donut which is my favourite but the workers are friendly. They do carry alot of other variety on there menu. Breakfast lunch and dinner.
Slowest Tim Hortons in Waterloo and beyond. Notoriously slow. 4 customers can take almost 15-20mins. This isn't now but for the last 15 years atleast. No drive thru to slow them down either. Doesn't seem to matter how many people are working. 2 Tim Hortons vending machines would be far more efficien
