Tastiest Cupcakes in town! My dog also loved the decorative doggy biscuits lol. Really nice atmosphere and the owner, (whom was also working behind the counter) was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend anyone check this spot out!

Really happy with the cupcakes and nut-free butter tarts I ordered from Q's Cakes and Cafe in Waterloo. The flower icing was gorgeous, and although they wouldn't win a beauty pageant my guests were going crazy about how great the butter tarts were. "Even better than City Cafe" - actual quote!
