I absolutely love Laura Secord chocolates! I didn't love this store though. It was laid out ok and seemed clean and tidy. But the management needs to work on its scheduling and staffing. The poor girl working clearly didn't really know what she was doing, was overwhelmed with the traffic, and then the stupid debit machine went down. My heart went out to her. Improvements to staffing could drastically improve customer service.

FYI, don't listen to some of the reviews below. I think people neglect to realize we've gone through a pandemic and some just want to complain.
Laura Secord has been around for a longggg time. There is a reason for that.
