Interesting concept at the restaurant cook your own steak on the hot stone. had baked Brie and loaded cheese bread for appetizer with my father in law and brothers in law. then surf and turf for the main meal it was all really delicious plus they gave me a little birthday treat! give it a try if you’re in the area

The food was great! I got the steak on a stone, so I could cook it exactly how I wanted it, and it was delicious! The baked potato was not very good, but the fries my fiancé got were delicious!! I would definitely recommend going here.

We were there last Saturday with a small group of 6. They had only been open for a few days. It was quiet, but had a great atmosphere. The staff were clearly still learning, but they did a fantastic job and were very professional. The lava rock steak was amazing and made for a very fun, new experience. I loved cooking each piece exactly the way I wanted it. My only complaint was the lack of craft beers being served. The beer menu was pretty limited, with just everyday domestic and imports. Other than that we had a great time. Would definitely return.
*Edit...sadly this place has closed down already. It was quite good, but nothing seems to survive in that location.

I went to the restaurant with friends for dinner. The whole experience was pretty bad.
The food was really not up to the standard. We had the stone grilled steaks and the meat was very lean and tasteless. They tasted more like pork than beef, texture of the beef is quite sandy and also had weird flavor to it. Salads was very soggy, mixed veggie was not fresh.
The whole restaurant just feel over priced, besides the meat quality, cheap pepper & salt shakers and cheap ketchup brand for a steak house.
Even though the server tried to get the food right for the second time, but just no luck. We got discount, but actually, most of us did not even eat our food.
I do not think I will be back.

We were there on Valentines day. Had an excellent experience, our server was great, and the manager also introduced himself and made sure the ladies left with Roses. Had a stone steak, it was excellent, loved it so much was back again 4 nights later. Second experience was not as good simply because the server had too many people to look after. Would definitely recommend this place I will be back for more stone steak.

Just average. Had higher expectations after going to a similar style restaurant in Ottawa. Steak was tasty, but everything else unmemorable.

The concept is great, I've been twice just to double check. Both times had the surf and turf. Love the hot stone, can grill the beef, scallops and shrimp to perfection. Big fan of the simple bowl of veggies on the side as they all went on the hot stone as well. Service needs some work as both times our server was slow and a bit absentee. Could be the new restaurant, new staff jitters.

Still some growing pains, but the hot stone was an interesting experience. They may be a little understaffed. Visited on a Friday night, and it didn't feel very busy, but not a lot of interaction with the servers during the meal. It took 3 attempts to correct bring a side dish. Very slow to bus the table. The lamb and ribeye or good dishes. Nice atmosphere.
