New build with lots of seating options and cooked to order foods (breakfast or burger). Crews are super friendly and aim to please every customer.
I truly like the hand wash stations tucked right beside the condiment station to ensure everyone is clean when enjoying their food.

If everything cost $1 or $2 less I'd be here every week. The food is genuinely delicious, and the location/service is pretty good too. It's just hard to justify $20 on fast food all the time... but while you're in the plaza and looking for a breakfast it's certainly better than Symposium.
These guys always has my orders done on time and the food is amazing quality here, I appreciate their services and will definitely be coming back more often as their new regular. 10/10 service as well
Eat here frequently since opening. Tried the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich today. Limited time. Was pretty good. Comfortable heat with sweet pickles. Pretty big chunk of chicken (bigger than bun). Nice white meat.

We frequent this restaurant and love to dine in on the weekends for breakfast. The customer service that we receive - especially from Limcy is quite extraordinary. She is always quite pleasant and patient when we have so many questions. To be frank she makes our experience there worth coming in for!
Very nice A&W! The restaurant was very clean, staff were friendly and the dining area is modern. Cushioned booth seating was nice. Favourite part was the beautiful hand-washing/condiment station - great for families and anyone else.
Food was fresh and service was good. However, the restaurant floor was dirty and the garbage cans were full, so we had to leave our trays on the counter next to the garbage bins. Also it would be great if they had coupons for the beyond meat options. Not fair for those who want to eat healthier.
I recently visited Waterloo and stopped by this A&W restaurant. By far, the best service I have received at any A&W in Ontario or western Canada. Staff seemed well trained, professional and courteous. Restaurant looked sparkling clean. I hope other locations can take some inspiration and step up the
