ambiance is pretty good and well maintained.
Food and drinks aren’t that good. They were understaffed and the staff were in a rush. Though the staff tried to be friendly, I could clearly see they are super busy. I have ordered for nachos and toppings were missing and when I asked about it, I got them in small cups and they asked me to add them by myself.

I’ll start by saying the management here is top tier. I had a bad experience and management immediately and gave a great response which got me back in. We ordered 2 new dishes and had a great experience telling me the bad experience was a one off. I’ll definitely be back and good on management for winning some customers back.

Went for lunch, it was quite and food came out fast. I had the apple butter chicken club. It was more of a chicken burger than a chicken club, and there was basically no apple butter flavour or apple butter present in the "burger". If you are going to put a flavour in the title of the food you better make sure you have that item there.
I have had very little success ordering at Kelsey's and I don't really plan on going back unless it just for a couple drinks.
I also find the prices way to high for the quality you get

Went to Kelsey's Waterloo and everything was great! The food was hot and the wait time was very quick. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Loved that a manager...i think her name was Christina came to our table to ask how everything was. Great job Kelsey's Waterloo!

Good food, patio is open. Really nice staff. Average prices not too high and not too low. The burger was really good and the dessert (funnel cake with ice cream) was also really good.
