Good food, nice ambience and courteous staff. We like to go here regularly (love their Thursday specials) and one of our favourites is the Nashville Chicken platter. This is a Family-friendly restaurant so our kid loves it too!

Went to Kelsey's Waterloo and everything was great! The food was hot and the wait time was very quick. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Loved that a manager...i think her name was Christina came to our table to ask how everything was. Great job Kelsey's Waterloo!

Good food, patio is open. Really nice staff. Average prices not too high and not too low. The burger was really good and the dessert (funnel cake with ice cream) was also really good.
