Review Pizza Pizza - Waterloo

Ordered some slices at 11:30am and I was handed my slices upside down on top of that all slices were cut improperly (see photos For reference) also it seems like they serve old slices that weren’t sold from previous day and serve them the next day instead of making fresh ones. Won’t be back to this location as this isn’t the first time they’ve dropped the ball. Dropping the ball for the pizza pizza franchise name… If you’re thinking of ordering from here don’t waste your time and order somewhere else - dominos 5 minutes away. *take a look at the attached pictures. They’re serving old pizza the next day. Shame on pizzapizza doesn’t seem like they care because this has been happening a lot…

Worst experience… I am the regular customer for this store from long time. Always order same pizza. No complaint until today. I picked up the pizza 9:15 pm and 9:30 I called nd complaint about pizza as pizza is totally burnt, it taste bittery too. So I asked for the replacement with delivery. Store is 5 min away from my house. Wait until 11 pm. No delivery, call back and cx service representative told me that pizza was delivered already which is totally wrong. Bcz burnt pizza is still with me. So how they gave me new pizza bcz at the time of complaint they told me I need to return old pizza. so I hope owner will see this review nd tell there employees not making this stupidity again. As I am not gonna visit this store again.

I usually don’t order 🍕 this time I ordered Canadian Eh !! And jeez!! Disappointed to the core !! Undercooked crust, disproportionately sliced & completely tasteless & no flavour absolutely!! Please stay away!!

Dine in experience was horrible. It was really hot and when asked to turn on the Ac, owner said he doesn't have keys for the operation room. When asked manager for some kind of ventilation, he said air conditions are not working. Not sure who was right, manager or owner. Finally decided to sit outside and have pizza, so requested for two chairs, owner said no to that also. Worst customer service. Highly disappointed. I would never go to this location.

We still ate the pizza, even though it was kinda cold, probably from the rain. But the funny part was how they sliced the pizza up. I love various sizes slices of pizza Lmfaoooo. I honestly wasn’t mad, I found it hilarious 😂😂

I ordered two extra large pizza but they put very very little cheese on them 😳😳😳 .. we just ate bread … I will not come back to this place again

Not bad. I don't eat Pizza much, but this satisfied my cravings. I also got the funnel cake sticks, they were delicious!

My family has lived in this area for years… we have always supported this pizza pizza location because the owners have always been good to our local schools… on Sunday we placed a rather large order 7 pizzas, we didn’t expect it by a certain time but we knew this place always gave us good quality… when the pizza came they forgot 2 of the 7… fine people make mistakes, what really made us mad was the fact that they tried to tell us we were wrong… that’s fine… they went back to get them, keep in mind we spent 300 dollars in total ish… but when they got back the second time their payment machine wasn’t working, technically we could’ve gotten our 2 missing pizzas for free because they came after the 50 minutes but they DIDNT honour that. They were rude and laughed it off completely… since their payment machine wasn’t working we offered to call the store and give credit card over the phone but they left and came back for a fourth time. That time the driver walked in the door instead of ringing the door bell or knocking just let himself in. We payed got our receipt, then I receive a call saying oh your 200 some order didn’t go through and you need to pay for it again. Yet we had a receipt that said approved. The driver came back AGAIN and took a picture of our receipt fully prepared to get us to pay again (he wasn’t going to give us our receipt before). If I could rate the quality of pizza I’d rate it a -10, the pizza was all made on whole wheat which we didn’t request or modify, they obviously rushed because they didn’t want the 50 minute free period… it was freezing cold, completely disgusting and obviously was sloppy… I don’t have high standards but when we’re contributing a good amount of money we would’ve rather be called to be told it’ll take a bit longer… QUALITY, quality would’ve been our priority… it was embarrassing serving that to our guests… it was such a hassle when we asked for something to be taken off in price he literally laughed in our faces as if we were completely in the wrong. We’ve been loyal customers for over 15 years… Please do Better 👍 you no longer have our support…
