Arby's - Waterloo - Photo album

I was excited to go because of a commercial that I saw recently. I realized quickly it was for the US. Ordered anyway. Portion was extremely small for the price and it appeared just thrown together, the sandwich that is. The only saving grace is that the curly fries were hot and did not disappoi
Have dined here many many times (probably too many) and have always had a good experience. Staff are very nice. Today I was finishing my meal when I noticed an extremely long dark curly hair in my slider. I am a fair blonde so safe to say it was not my own. This has really put me off from returning
This is probably the worst service I have ever had. She greeted us by "you have to wait" and walked away to serve Drive through. The lady seemed annoyed that we got there at 8:25pm. I asked if they were closing soon she said yes we close at 10pm and we have a lot of work to do still. If you don't l
For having no one inside the restaurant eating and only a couple of cars in the drive thru the service was extremely slow. The person at the counter was not very sociable either. This Arby's used to be good, but has slowly gotten worse. Their beef portions have gotten smaller and they started charging .75 cents for dipping sauce. Will not be going back
Very fast service. Hot and fresh. Mozzarella sticks were great and the orange Creamsicle shake was bomb.
Prices are getting a little high as the get rid of the greasey old favorites and replace them with more expensive "Market fresh deli sandwiches" and the got rid of the best milkshake around the orange Creamsicle is no more. Curly fries are the best in all fast food.
Me and my girlfriend were super lost the helpful employee at this arbyz took the time to give us accurate directions, thank you. Also good food.
