This place (meat section) has no commitment to their customers.
I ordered a specific type of meat in advance and I was supposed to receive a call when it’s ready, after few days I went there and there was no meat as they sold it to another customer. The thing that made me angry was they look at your eyes and lie instead of apologize !!
They told me we called you 4 5 times however I hadn’t received any call.
I counted on that for my guests and now I have nothing!
I should’ve listened to my friends advice and stayed away from this place.

I come there for a good choice of maamoul (cookies filled with dates).
However I don't like when a business is closed 15 minutes before official closing. It was closed at 7:45 pm ( or maybe even earlier).

Disappointed! No customer service, no eye contact, or acknowledgement. Guy did not understand what I asked him, cuts the lamb leg with barely any meat left on it, despite me saying ‘NO, I do not want it’ charged me for it. 30+ dollars worth of Lamb (bones and fat) sitting in my freeze for weeks now! Never again!

Noor has been keeping up with all what makes an inviting grocery shop. Always clean. Prices are reasonable. They recently expanded their fresh vegetable and fruit section in a cooler area which is neat. Plenty of interesting Spices covering Middle eastern, Persian, and some Asian cuisines. Pickles of various countries. Snacks, desserts, candies and bulk nuts. Coffees, Teas and many more ...They have a large variety of high quality dates in the fridge and other dried exotic fruits. Bakery section is always very fresh and sold out pretty quickly. The Cashier people are very polite and friendly specially Ms Assia.

Never disappointed at the meat products from the butcher at Noor market. Great quality halal beef and chicken, always fresh and perfect for grilling or barbecue. Recently got the marinated beef cubes and absolutely loved the flavor! They remained tender and tasted great even a day after being cooked. Also love that the supermarket section offers a great variety of international products and is a one-stop shop for our usual outdoor trips!

Always have what we need with huge variety of products from different countries. Butchers are very helpful too and let us know when cuts will be coming in stock so we can plan when we need something special.
