Cute place, good value for food, the owner/server was really nice. They only accept cash though.
Yummy and so glad they are open later and had a renovation. How about a location on fairway rd. We need a chinese restaurant. I wish you continued success. The chef has professional training certificates on the wall.
The spring roll I had for me could have less ginger and a little meat in it.

I have been here 5 yrs, from own by the old couple before to now a younger chef, he is a very nice guy. Its a good HK style restaurant in waterloo, nice and clean, cheap and great food. I like the rice noodle stir fry with beef, not greasy. Jia Jia Lok Famous rice, good for the big stomach!! Highly recommend!
Quick service and reasonable price
Definitely not the most authentic flavor but worth the price and volume.
This place has a certain home-y feel to it (that's just me though, HK is like home and this place serves HK food)
That aside, their food is on the dece side. It's not bad for an inexpensive meal or two every so often and probably one of the best restaurants serving this particular cuisine around campus.
