I have been here 5 yrs, from own by the old couple before to now a younger chef, he is a very nice guy. Its a good HK style restaurant in waterloo, nice and clean, cheap and great food. I like the rice noodle stir fry with beef, not greasy. Jia Jia Lok Famous rice, good for the big stomach!! Highly
