Review Gino's Pizza - Waterloo

I recently had the opportunity to try Gino's Pizza on three separate occasions, and I must say that each time I was thoroughly impressed with the consistent taste and prompt service. One of the things that stood out to me about Gino's Pizza was the fact that the taste was exactly as I expected. The flavors were delicious, and the quality of the ingredients used was apparent in every bite. Whether it was a classic Margherita or a specialty pizza, the taste was consistently satisfying. This level of consistency is a testament to the care and attention that goes into each pizza they make. Not only was the taste on point, but Gino's Pizza also excelled in their service. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that they consistently served the pizza earlier than the estimated time. This meant less waiting time for me, which was greatly appreciated. While it may not be the cheapest option available, the quality of their pizzas justifies the cost. The value for money is certainly there, especially considering the consistent taste and service they provide. Overall, I highly recommend Gino's Pizza based on my experiences. Whether it's the reliable and delicious taste, the prompt service, or the reasonable prices, they consistently deliver a satisfying pizza experience. I will definitely be returning for more tasty pies in the future.

An old stand by for me. It was good to drop in for a slice. It's a pretty basic shop inside. Just a small counter to eat at. Staff were friendlier than in the past.

Delicious pizza. The toppings are fresh and full of flavor and it's not too greasy. The dough is also really soft inside with a thin crunchy layer on the outside. This is my favorite place to order pizza from.

The restaurant may look iffy on the outside, however I really enjoyed it. There isn't much seating and what seating there is isn't the most comfortable, which is why I had to take a point away. However, I find myself returning here whenever I'm in the area. Otherwise, I love this place. They have a card that gets signed which means you can earn a free slice of pizza! The service was fast and my cashier was very nice. The place is charming and the food was pretty good. I would recommend.

I didn't realise how much we love the Bridgeport and Weber location of Gino's Pizza until we ordered from a different location when our local spot was closed for a day. The care they take is extra clear now. We order for delivery pretty often. The pies are consistently well-made, then delivered quickly and with care by friendly drivers. The Web Special is a good deal for 5 toppings on a large pizza.

I’m from Toronto, and wasn’t aware of the store hours, when I placed my order. Not only was the pizza delicious, but the guy working stayed open while he waited for me to finish shopping to ensure I get my pizza. Really great customer service, really appreciated it. Thank you

I'm giving 4 stars for pizza but 2 stars for customer service. I used to work close by and loved their pizza slices at lunch. Best sauce & crust hands down. I would definitely be ordering pizza if I lived locally, but when I'm in town I make a point to stop by as a treat. Unfortunately the customer service has gotten pretty bad . Similar to another review described, the male owner treats you like you are ruining his day by walking into his store. Hopefully this will change as feeling not welcome will not encourage walk ins.
