Employees here aren't able to identify menu items correctly. I understand it must be challenging identifying different baked goods from one another. Perhaps a re-training with use of picture books and flash cards would help.

Excellent customer service by the staff. The food tastes just awesome. Cozy atmosphere definitely makes your morning fresh and delightful!

It’s my favorite place to go, enjoy their drink and food. BUT!!! It’s ends now. I don’t think this is good for customers’ experience. I don’t know if it is the drink standards changed, or your staff don’t have good and enough training. Totally ruined my favorite drink. I bought London Fog, this is

10 minutes in the drive thru. For a soup, cookie and 1 drink. Tried to get me to drive away without my drink and my extra garlic bread. Didn't even give me the right type of cookie. When I mentioned how long it took the lady shut thw drive thru window in my face. Not a pleasant experience

Good food. Good selection. Quick service. Reasonable prices. I was more than pleasantly surprised to stumble on this restaurant slash coffee chain. I have been to dozens of coffee joints and I really enjoyed the overall experience. Great place.

Good place to study. Only 4 outlets at this location but it's very nice and quiet. The atmosphere makes for a good place to study and get a lot of work done.

Awesome service. Nice coffee and the waffles are delicious. Environment is comfy and beautiful.

Does this look edible? There were some fuzzies on the bread which concerned me so couldn't eat it.
