The place has the best Bubble Tea in Waterloo area! The folks who work here are so sweet and a ball of happy energy. I have tried their bubble tea multiple times and it’s always great.
They also have little desserts which are great. I’ve never tried their sandwiches here though. They no longer have
LOVE THIS PLACE! I would honestly give it 5 stars but yesterday when we went it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and then another 15 to get our grilled cheese, so it was a little ridiculous for the wait especially because they didn't look busy BUT it is always delicious and worth the prices.
Best bubble tea ever. Tried for the really first time. Till now I had mango, passionfruit, blueberry (cold) and match (hot) milk tea with 50% sweetness (honey). You can ask for toppings or add ons also.

such an adorable shop! the kiwi slush was very tasty, and i loved the little kiwi doodle on my cup, it made me smile. i also love the cute environment of this shop and how there are plushies everywhere!
Pleasant cafe, had lots of board games, plushies, and valentines treats for sale. I ordered a Hong Kong milk tea and it was good.
Thanks to the people working behind the counter for going above and beyond. They wrote on the box for some pastries bought and provided coloured tissue paper for the gif
Nice little place. This was the first time I ever tried bubble tea and wasn’t disappointed at all. The lady at the counter was very helpful and answered all my questions. Happy with the customer service. Ordered 2 drinks, which were delivered in 5 mins tops.
What a fun shop! Lots of unique items to buy and an extensive drink menu to match. Kyoto milk tea w tapioca is really nice but the hot sesame milk tea is awesome (if you're a fan of sesame like me). Great frozen drinks for the kids and great helpful staff! We'll be back to try more for sure.
These guys have the ability to make your day. I am vegan and getting new flavours is a complicated thing for me but the sweet employees tried their absolute best to make something new for me and I appreciate it so much🥺🤍.
