Bad customer experience. ordered Mediterranean pizza, worker didnt ask wht sauce should she put, poured the usual tomato sauce and refuse to put green garlic sauce as she already done the sauce base of the pizza, at the end of order when asked to put pesto sauce, got disappointed..no pesto sauce available! taste wise its a good stone baked thin crust pizza and fresh topping options.

I love this place. Super affordable, tasty, unlimited toppings, great staff, automatic hand washer, one of those coke soft drink machines, sportsnet on the TVs and great seating all around. I never get bored making my own pizza here!

Pizza was tasty and they do unlimited toppings for a set price (10.50), which is different. The place is bright and open, but music was a bit loud for conversation. Overall a good experience. The dough is a little thick for my taste so Famoso is the better option in that respect. Also they still have some kinks to work out as the person building my pizza moved at a snails pace and missed a topping, but I'll let that slide given their recent opening. I would come again and would recommend to my friends.

Love at first bite!! I heard so many amazing things about this place from my friends and drove an hour and a half just to try it. Friendly staff, delicioussss pizza (the best I've ever had), wonderful atmosphere. The dough, guys, the dough... YUM! It tasted exactly like the pizza I had in Milan a few months ago. I don't usually finish an entire pizza on my own but I seriously couldn't stop. It's perfect and I wasn't planning on sharing it with anyone. The owner is super sweet too. He actually took the time to go around each and every table and ask how everything was. I'm going back soon, that's for sure! I love you, Urban Bricks. Please open in London soon.

Freaking spectacular. Really impressed they're off to a great beginning and so close to campus. Try the meatballs. Never been a meat + pizza person but holy! Nice to see so much variety in choice of toppings, also, etc... Unlimited choices but the crust is super good and thin so don't overdo it and ask for recommendation! Staff will offer a friendly hand.

This experience was not good. Co-workers and I were excited to try this place as we have heard so much positive talk about it. We called for a lunch delivery and were told that delivery was not available yet. Okay, they are new we thought. We decided to go pick-up. We ordered 5 different pizzas. When our co-worker returned, we found that most of our pizzas were crust (about 40 %). All were cold. We were told they would be ready in 15 minutes. Took almost an hour. Also, they informed my co-worker on arrival that they were not accepting cash. Debit and credit only??? That would have been nice to know before hand, as some of us were paying with cash. My pizza was clearly burnt on the bottom, leaving me with an overall burnt taste in my mouth. The toppings were skimpy at best. The worst part was that 4 out of 7 toppings were completely missed from one of the pizzas and a drink that was paid for was not given to us. Definitely not gourmet pizza. Will not recommend or be back.

The pizza is decent, however the way the business operates is not. Usually some long wait times going on, and removing options from the menu that were cheaper options. You can no longer get a just one topping pizza. It's either you pay the high price for the unlimited pizza, or the price for just a cheese pizza. The pizzas are an okay size but are very thin. They won't put much of each topping on the pizza and seem to skimp wherever possible. Just as an example of how they are trying to gouge they won't even give you a side of a sauce to dip crust in, it's either on the pizza or nothing. Unless of course you get it takeout, then you can get it on the side. Gotta save that $0.05 on the little plastic cup I guess. For a business that has not been around long you'd think they would be trying to improve, not turn a quick profit so early in the business opening and lose the customers they gained.
