Review Harvey's - Waterloo

Went through the drive through, ordered an Angus meal deal for $8. Great value, the fries were crispy hot and fresh and the burger was made the way I wanted it to be, but the meat seemed a touch cold, more like luke warm. Overall a good experience

This location is cheap and stingy. This is the only Harvey's I've been to that only fills half the box for their poutine. Paid full price for a poutine that is half-filled. I already submitted feedback to Harvey's online about this two months ago. I've been to Harvey's locations in Ajax, Scarborough, Burlington, Kitchener, Markham, Mississauga Toronto, Oshawa, and this is the only location where they're cheap on the poutine.

Not sure if money can buy happiness, but it can buy you a good meal at a right place. Visiting this place for couple of months now. Born with some food content allergies and now whenever I visit them, I am never surprised by the front staff specifying the kitchen guys about the contents I do not need in my food. Customer service is impeccable.

The staff at this locations are apparently 'all new and on training' per the manager that is apparently also new and unaware how to do basic things like ring in an order. Would not recommend if you're expecting quick service. When I arrived there were 3 people in front of me. 25 minutes later, I finally had my order and the lineup was to the door. Not a lunch location if you don't have unlimited time.

Harvey’s can be hit or miss. This one on 410 King st in Waterloo is very good. Great experience. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The food and drinks were amazing. Looks newly refurbished a bit hipper than others "Harvey’s Moderne" maybe. The food and portions are great - tasty- piping hot. Good covid protocol .Service and other staff very nice .This will be our go to 🍔 ❤️ Abel

My first time trying Harvey's and I really liked the food. The beef used for the burger was bigger than other restaurants beef. It had a different taste and seemed to be put together better. I liked how fast the staff made our meal and served it to us. One thing they did was serve each burger on top of each list for burger toppings we gave them so we knew which burger had which toppings.

Went through drive thru. From time of order to pick up was less than 5 minutes. The onion rings were cool, not burned but dark. I assume the oil has not been changed, as it left a bitter taste in my mouth and had an an unusual smell. Ordered a double original. The condiments were sparce, could count the onions, only 2 rings of hot peppers. Very, very disappointing!! USED TO BE the best location. The Pepsi Zero was nice and cold!!

Hello, I was recently at the Harvey's on King street, the one that is near the wholesale club. I really liked their service. Nice friendly staff, clean environment and good burgers made to perfection. I had ordered a chicken burger and a veggie burger.

The place looked just fine and the staff was very cooperative. I wanted to eagerly try it since I had hear a lot about it but somehow I didn’t like it THAT much. Probably I’m more of a McDonald’s person.

Do you know that feeling you get when you’ve been anticipating indulging on a certain food, then you finally have it and it just isn’t quite up to snuff? It’s that need your stomach then has to find that item elsewhere, done right. And the craving will not cease until it is satisfied. Do you know that feeling? Well I certainly do. And I just experienced it without realizing it,  and it led me to the drive-thru at Harvey’s. As I drove around the corner of Weber and King in Waterloo I saw the sign advertising the milkshakes at Harvey’s. That was when I realized I needed to rectify the situation in my tastebuds’ memories. That last milkshake I’d had hadn’t left the desired lasting impression that I’d thought it would. So, ‘One chocolate shake please!’ The verdict? This one was very sweet and very thick. It was a little difficult to get it started through the straw, but that’s how a milkshake should be. I would have preferred if it wasn’t quite so sweet, but regardless, the craving has bee
