Leave it to this location to reliably screw up a simple item twice in a row. In the last year or so I've tallied up mistakes and you've basically got a 50/50 chance of something going wrong. I live in the area, recent changes have caused it to go downhill fast. I've consistently gotten wrong orders for ages now, it's a gamble if you'll get what you want or some random order. Sometimes they even tell you full confidence that they got the order right while giving the completely wrong one.

Just tried to order a frozen lemonade, why is it that you shut down a frozen beverage machine during the day every day in the summer? Service is usually horrible as it is and your order never comes out right anyways. I recommend going down the street to order from another location

Had a great experience here this morning. I ordered a take twelve through the app for the teachers at our kids school and this Tim's team was all over it. I called ahead to make sure they got it because the app can delay a few mins at times and the take twelves can take a few mins to pull together

Awful. We've had nothing but terrible service. Donuts with no filling. Asked for iced lattes and the person insisted on giving iced coffees but charged for iced lattes and literally couldn't understand the difference. Their frozen drink machine is broken 95% of the time during the summer, you can’t tell me they can’t have a backup one while the other is broken or being cleaned, even 7 eleven have more than one slushie machines. Pasha, gave amazing customer service, coffee was on point and tasted fresh and hot. And there another young man gave great service as well and allowed me to use their washroom. :)
