This location has gone through a few stages in its life I think the food is as good as it was 20 years ago albeit different still great tasting. The servers are very nice and they seem to care. The food was amazing and our server was fantastic. She asked about allergies, which has never happened anywhere else we have been. She was one of the best servers we have encountered in a long time. We are from Mississauga, but as we were passing through Waterdown we decided to stop and have dinner.

Ok, this is the best Turtle Jack's branch we ever visited. Food was just perfect and everything was great. Definitely will be back!

On June 5th we celebrated my twin daughters 46th birthday at this restaurant. We were a table of ten on a Sunday evening. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Everything was just perfect. We really appreciated the excellent service by a very friendly young man. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
