Review Tim Hortons - Wallaceburg

This is not a good Tim's. Very disappointing. It was only 11am and they had almost nothing in the showcases. My breakfast wrap was made on a wrap that was way over the 24 hr mark. To top it off I asked for a double cup because I travel and it keep the coffee warmer longer and the lady at counter actually argued with me about it. I know it's policy not to and I know that the policy says do not argue if someone wants one give them one. She absolutely refused and just kept telling me it's policy. There would be no Tim's if it wasn't for the guests coming. I won't be back to this one ever and I travel right by every week.

Always friendly customer service. However, they are stingy. If I wanted a sausage and an egg I would have got an English muffin because that's a small. I ordered a sausage breakfast grilled wrap and it was like a sausage cut in half cheese. One slice of cheese cut in half and one very tiny egg cut in half. It was more like a burrito than a wrap. There is absolutely no excuse when you charge those prices to be so stingy. The advertisement shows two sausages, two eggs, two pieces of cheese and Chipotle sauce. You should be ashamed of yourselves. And that is towards the management not towards people that work there. They're just doing their jobs

Coffee was fresh staff was friendly

Fast and efficient. Not as busy as the other Tim Hortons location in town. They don't give you napkins unless you ask for it.

Terribly managed. Painfully slow. Always out of stock. This has been my experience several times. Will be getting coffee from somewhere else.

Experience at CT is usually very good. Have many memories of CT from a long time ago.
