Stopped in for lunch after trip to Sarnia. The restaurant was very clean first of all. Had a quarter chicken with a garden salad. The chicken couldn't have been cooked any better and the salad was fresh. The staff was super and the service was top notch. Highly recommend this location.

The the burgers were not dry the condiment was perfect amount on the burgers. The customer service was terrific. However, when it comes to the Swiss Chalet side the chicken is over cooked and it’s not the same french fries that you get at just a regular Swiss chalet. I totally understand that it’s

Friendly staff and good product. Employees are not familiar with the birthday offer. Even app doesn't recognize it. Birthday email was 3 days late. Why call it a Burger Club when it doesn't even include a burger for your birthday? South St Burger give you a free burger for your birthday

When ordering a hamburger with "everything" on it, including hot peppers. I got a super saucy mess that ended up being thrown out. Maybe some more care with assembly of food and you'd have returning customers.
