Review Tim Hortons - Walkerton

This is my local Tim's. I make sure to stop here whenever I need a caffeine boost before my own fast food shifts. Today I must've come during a mega-rush. The place was packed and due to the current COVID-19 restrictions on dining people are definitely looking more to service workers for speed and efficiency as nobody wants to stand around in line waiting on food during these times. That being said today I was helped by Hemanth and his manager, DJ. They all handled the line well while making sure to keep everything moving. Adept at handling the crowds as well as the colourful local scene these guys really did well today and should be commended on their efforts. By now they see my order coming a mile away and they always remember which donuts are my favorites. There are tons of Tim's in the city but I actively choose this one because of the friendly faces.

The staff here is always helpful and prompt... However, in the last couple months the overnight hours have been more miss than hit. Often, they do not have the staffing to keep it open overnight. While it says Closed on Google, right below it says 24hr takeout, which has recently has been sporadic at best. I am not sure if it a scheduling issue or miscommunication but there needs to be some consistency - either stay open 24hrs every day, or have the hours of the other locations (eg 6am to midnight)

I go daily for coffee but yesterday they had a newer staff, tall with blonde hair. Not sure her name but was their around 12:30pm she is very rude to customers. I saw her be very disrespectful to a customer that ordered many coffees and when asked for a donut and a bag gave attitude. Upon that customer leaving she told all staff I’m going for break now. The customer was very nice but was getting mad because of her attitude.

I'm a regular customer for years here and since the new owners took over it's gone down hill. They are racist!!! I see them making only the white staff cleaning the washrooms, cut back their shifts to accommodate their staff. I've also heard them say we need to get rid of the white staff😡 This is discrimination at it's finest. You don't even deserve the one star, but I had no choice to give it in order to leave a review. I feel horrible for all the previous staff that are being discriminated against. The worst, racist management ever!!!!

I told the cashier 3 times what I want and she kept saying something different then what I said. I asked for a homestyle sausage and egg biscuit she goes raisin tea biscuit... I'm like no .... and I asked for a large cold brew with oat milk no syrups, she hands me a black cold brew.... honestly terrible customer service.

The absolute worst Tim Hortons in the city! They don’t know how to glaze a donut don’t know how to read simple directions there’s a 15 minute lineup just to get one coffee because only one person behind the counter is actually working. Everyone else is standing around doing nothing. It’s a daily occurrence every time I go to this Tim Hortons, it is a constant long wait and the food quality is terrible along with the drink quality. I don’t know how to follow simple directions or stir coffee. This location as a joke and I’d love to meet the owner one day. How they’re even still in business is beyond me, absolute embarrassment of an establishment.

Tim Horton's at King and Caroline streets in Hamilton, Ontario has a dining area to sit and eat and talk with family and friends. It has lots of choices for food and drinks. The people give Excellent friendly customer service. They are always there to help you.

This place has gone, from bad to worst. Service is horrible. There used to be a woman, that would talk to her friends for a long time, even though the line was long and it was morning, when everyone is going to work. Sometimes, they are all doing something and nobody is tending the cashier. The washrooms have not worked for at least 4 weeks, for different reasons and the are open for sit down which I think it's illegal. I bought a sesame seed bagel today, with peanut butter and jam. It was so stale and hard, I couldn't eat it, so on my way to my destiny, I stopped at another Tim Hortons, to get one I could eat. BTW, I stop at this TH on King St, in Hamilton, every day, or should I say; used to
