Review Burger King - Viking

Decent enough place as it's your typical Burger King. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is we used the drive through. Only other thing I can say about it is the staff we dealt with was friendly.

Stopped here on a family trip to Edmonton from Wainwright to get lunch. Was greeted by an angry lady named Soma that did reluctantly take my order. When I asked what kind of sauces for chicken nuggets were available she just sighed and pointed at the sign that was turned away from me. Also seemed annoyed I ordered chocolate milk I wasn't sure why. But after I ordered she had to take a cart to go get some chocolate milks, then it made sense. The receipt printed out and was promptly thrown into the trash. Had to ask another employee to print it out again. When I went to leave they forgot my small sprite Which I had to ask for. I asked for another dipping sauce for the nuggets so my kids wouldn't have to share. Soma told me nope you'll have to pay for anything beyond the first. Such awful customer service, I will never come back here again and I emplore you to do the same.

If there was a 10 star rating i would give Mohammed and his staff at burger King in viking a 11 star rating .the service is beyond expectations. And the food is always fresh and delicious. Great job guys .keep up the great work.

The food and service was great. The service is fast.. All in one awesome

Have been here a few times, they are expensive, and tend to be slow and frequently out of some products but last time we went they said there was something wrong with their gas line and had NO FOOD... But then they said they had 3 cooked chicken burgers left, so we took those and some drinks, so they tried!!

Great Service. Burgers were freshly made and, all of the staff were super friendly.

This place is a must stop on the way to and from Edmonton. It's way better then anything I have in my town off wainwright

Young man who served me was awesome. Other lady that was there needs to learn how to treat her coworkers. The way she talked to this young man was unacceptable.
