But there is absolutely nothing wrong with the atmosphere or the cleanliness of This establishment the cake was absolutely amazing and I find Myself craving a cold treat from here almost weekly

I have to admit I think I have been going to this place once a year for about 30 years. Never has it let me down and I'm sure it is still the same owner that was there back in 92 when I first went. I had a double cheese burger, fries, gravy and a pop for $13.98 and no coupon! Food is cooked to perfection, (for a Fast Food joint.) and always super hot! That is the main reason I go. I like my food HOT! Staff have always been nice and pleasant too. Shout out to Sethu, it was her first day back after being off for a while and she was super nice.

It was my husbands birthday we got a cake and I sang right there. They did however put his name in pink lol but it made us laugh, well me anyways.

I went to eat at DQ since my daughter had a dinner to attend and I didn’t want to go back to the hotel. Id been craving a banana split for a while and since DQ is the only joint that makes it, I stopped at the closest one.
This place was kind of busy, it was near closing time. I got the split then decided to get something savoury. I opted for the chicken strip meal with onion rings instead of fries.
I’ve always liked. DQ’s burgers, chicken strips and onion rings. These did not disappoint. They were as savoury as ever.
The split was massive!!! At least for me. The unfortunate thing is that the banana was still frozen so it made eating it, kind of difficult. Still, I finished everything and ended up being so full, I didn’t eat until around 1130 the next day.
The service was ok. I found everything to be pretty expensive, it cost me $26.00 without a drink! A small drink would have cost me over $4.00!!!!!
Anyway, I ate and enjoyed the laughter of a little kid with his family at the other end of the restaurant, it reminded me of taking my own kids to DQ many years ago.
Having a banana split is becoming a luxury both in availability and price now days.

staff didnt greet, and they completely got our order wrong. when we mentioned the wrong items, brought us back the runniest milkshake Ive ever seen. my blizzard was just as runny and our food wasnt what we wanted.

just came back from Douglas Street DQ. Brunette server was very rude. Rolled her eyes and sighed impatiently. Hurried me along. When order was ready it was missing a double bacon cheeseburger. I called it to her attention and she argued with me that I did not order one. I corrected her because I knew what I had ordered. She expected me to return to a long line up. I refused and expected her to correct the error. She put up her hand and walked away. Total lack of customer service, respect and absolutely NO MATURITY!!
