Was waiting for a meeting as I sipped on French Vanilla at this Tim Hortons. Location on the main street, it’s happening all around.
Great service always busy, what I like most is their dark roast coffee, tastes great every single time!

This is a very busy location and does not ever seem to have enough staff. This seems to be the case with all Tim Hortons these days. With this in mind I find the service and cleanliness of this location is mediocre.

Good location and Decent folks! Sometimes it takes a long time but i can understand it. Lol Don’t be rude to the folks working for here they are also someone’s precious people, like you.
I am thankful that you guys replaced my coffee, which was cold.
But I was so surprised to see that for a 2$ coffee replacement, crew has to call supervisor and supervisor has to make a phone call to another supervisor to confirm.
And at the end I felt that they did a very big favour on me to make a nice hot coffee in this cold weather.
4 star for the counter staff hard work. But the way of handling this small issue could have been handled quickly and smoothly.
Santiago's customer service is warm, welcoming and incredible. It really made my day. Happy to come here for grabbing my lunch. 😄
