Purple Garden Chinese Restaurant - Victoria - Photo album

I haven't gone for the buffet so I can't speak to the affordability of that, but the food quality is quite good. The combo for one price is $14.95 and I found the portions to be on the larger side. The service was exactly what I needed it to be and I enjoyed my meal here. Will definitely be back.
Overall very impressed by Purple Garden. I ordered chowmein and spring rolls through their online ordering system and found it easy to use. Their prices were the best (cheapest) I've found in Victoria which was appreciated. The chowmein had a hearty portion sized and came how I requested (only beans
Easy to order, fast service and pretty good food. The staff was amazing. Could have slightly larger portions. Open a bit earlier in the area, for pick-up, which was nice. Hidden away entrance, I've added pictures to find it.
If you love food the way I do, you will love the fried rice Purple Garden has to offer. Top rated fried rice has what is called "Wok-hey" or "Guo-qi" which a nutty barbecue flavor of the rice is brought out from the high heat of the wok. This skill is becoming hard to find these days, even in Vanc
One of those interesting “hole-in-the-wall” type of places. Blink and you’ll miss it when driving by, but once you’re in the mall parkade - access is super easy with great covered parking options. Service was very friendly, although a bit on the slower side. My table was happy to chat and hang out
Great and yummi food. Reasonable prices. Call ahead to see if they are open as timings don’t match with open hours posted on google.
So many family memories have been made at this restaurant. We love it. Great staff 🙏❤
We went for the all you can eat buffet on a Saturday. Food was tasty, the turnover at the buffet table was fast and everything was freshly made. Highly recommend.
Of good quality. Combo E for one and hot sour soup. Soup tasty and as expected. Fried rice really good I agree with the comment about good wok hei. Chow mein good with large pieces of actual chicken not the fake canned stuff, ginger beef not very crispy and the batter not my absolute fave but sauce
Ordered via Skip The Dishes. Great fresh food! Veggies were fresh and crisp in a great savoury sauce. Chow mein was delicious. Fried foods were super crispy with no greasy residue. Sweet and savoury sauces were delicious! Thanks for a great fresh meal!
I've been eating here regularly for about 10 years. Excellent buffet. Decent prices. Lots of parking. Mens washroom is pretty clean. Friendly owner. Try the yam balls, they're really good. At least, I think that's what they're called.
