It’s really terrible. Ordered large custom poutine, added mushrooms (+2.75) and steak (+2.20) through DoorDash for over 20$. Gravy is very salty, felt like powder gravy. The fries were burnt and non-consistent, it had hard ends on them. Felt not fresh fries, or just the end of the bag? Not enough cheese for the price, but good amount of steak for 2.75$ I couldn’t finish it because it was so terrible, so I shared them with 2 other co workers to get their opinion. They said exactly same thing.

Google maps wasn't great for directions as it told me to go down a street but it was in the Douglas Centre. I tried it because I had an Entertainment coupon. I got the gluten-free, which wasn't cheap, but pretty good and especially for a gluten-free crust. They also had neat wooden tables.

Since doordash won't post the review, here I am. I've ordered 3 times from this place, hoping it gets better. It doesn't. First two times it was insanely salty. Third time was better but the food was cold. It took the door dash guy 8 minutes from the store, so, there was no fault on his end. I'm not ordering from here again. I'm insanely disappointed since I've heard good things.

The pizza overall wasnt too bad. But i think this places suffers from ingredient quality. The chicken tasted a little old and tough. The bacon was more processed pork crumbles and had some gristle. Crust was good. Sauce was good. Service on the phone was actually good and he even tried to save me money with deals available. It ok for cheap pizza option depending on what you looking for.

It was alright. The portion was a good size. There were not enough fries and they were drenched In gravy. The cheese tasted like string cheesed and the meat had an off taste. Definitely wouldn’t have it again.

Great place as well. I was in a hurry and needed to be somewhere at midnight. They were kind enough to rush my order. I ordered their cheese bread because I was in a hurry and thought it would be quick. I wasn't expecting that quality for that low price.

This was a case of mistaken location but a pleasant surprise. Chicken wings were delicious and not greasy. Pizzas were pretty darn good too ....will definitely be a return customer.

So impressed!! First time ordering. Stopped by in person, ordered the Thin Crust Veggie Pizza with added spinach & green peppers. Great service - friendly, polite & pizza made very quickly. When I got home & opened the box, my first thought was, "Wow! This is like a work of art!", the way all the generous amounts of colorful toppings were laid out, and right to the edge of the crust! Looked so inviting, and sure enough, the taste was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend Palagio Pizza! Will be back for sure!!
