Good deals but the service is very off. The server is polite but the service is very slow for a place that is not understaffed; which I noticed with customers around me sitting waiting a long time for the bill so they can pay and leave. I came on a pasta Tuesday and I think they screwed up my order by giving me the Hungry Carnivore when I believe I ordered Smoky Mountain Spaghetti & Meatballs. The food was good but feels odd eating what I didn't ordered (guess it doesn't matter because it all costs the same on Pasta Tuesday).
Their dessert was very good.

To say our time was lovely is an understatement and it’s all thanks to our lovely server, Alicia. She went above, beyond, and over the moon to make sure we had a good time. She was extremely accommodating and made us feel so welcome. She kept her cheery attitude even though it was after a long day. Without her we couldn’t have had indulged in bugs and cheese. It was the perfect comfort food after a VERY long day. We will be returning, for the food and the service!

Well! This was a great experience overall, despite some inconvenience along the way. I had ordered a delivery to someone's house to surprise them for Valentine's Day. Boston Pizza is one of the only places I could find that does heart-shaped pizzas. There was no online ordering available for the delivery location so I called the store to place the order. I think it was an extremely busy night and the order never came! They said they were terribly sorry and that it must have gotten "lost in the sauce"! 😅 Not to worry though, my person was understanding and BP made sure to deliver the exact order the next day at no charge! They really did step up to the plate(pun intended) on this one and go above and beyond to correct an epic failure! Lol Thanks for making this a special night for someone special (even if it was a day late!) 😉

It's nice to be able to go out and have lunch. In these trying times BP.s is always clean and fresh. Staff are always courteous and professional. Keep up the good work. Look at the detail..... 2 die for delicious

Dined in and had a wonderful experience. I tried the new buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and it came out bubbling hot and was really delicious. I really appreciated how many TVs they had with various channels playing - it kept me entertained while dining alone. I’m sure the gigantic TV on one wall of the restaurant is fantastic for viewing popular sports games. Staff were friendly and the service was quick.

Very spacious outlet next to Save On Foods. Food I find just better than average and a bit pricey, Very friendly staff and the service was quite fast. My chicken fettuccine was cooked to perfection with crispy garlic bread on the side. Tons of large screen TV's in all sections.

We were truly satisfied with quality and delicious meals. My suggestion would be to try the Barbecue Chicken Pizza that is absolutely fantastic. Staff and way behave is just professional and friendly.

We love BPs. We go all the time. We always get the bacon double cheeseburger pizza. The crust was so thin it was wet in the bottom it wasn't crunchy. The service wasn't the best. Also our Boston pizza Bread appetizer we got was soggy too. I went with my 2 kids and husband, when the waitress brought the bill with the mints she brought 1 mint. Are you stupid I have 2 kids sitting here nevermind actually 4 people at the table. It was so ridiculous. No tip and will not eat at this Boston pizza again.

Had booked a birthday celebration in early December about 1.5 weeks in advance on a Friday night and for about 25 people , it took almost one and a half hrs to get the first meals to the table. Even indicating there were 3 in our party whom needed to eat for diabetes reasons. Waitress did her best. Brought the deficiency up to the manager or owner (not sure who he was) and said he was short staffed and unprepared .....on a Friday night.?? To add to our celebration, the mgr/owner was VERY rude and actually called the birthday girl a bully. Classy.!
Thankfully after about 4.5 hrs he offered a drink for everyone and the celebrant and myself meals at no cost. I was grateful for his offering but would DEFINITELY NOT recommend using his restaurant. Also, I tried getting in touch with Jim Treliving's PR rep but couldn't as I'm sure he'd be very interested in knowing how his "franchisee's treat their paying customers. This was not the first time celebrating a birthday there and always seems to be a problem. We're done with this place now.

This is the best BP in town. The management and staff are amazing. Always very friendly. We go there lots. Awesome service even when very busy.
