The staff were very friendly and accommodating The Doughnut holes were really good. Only problem with the place was it was rather dirty. The bathroom was filthy and out front had trash strewn everywhere.
This was the best coffee place I have ever been to. Beats Starbucks by 1000%. Prices and taste beyond amazing!
Very busy all the time. Washrooms were very dirty not impressed with that. But coffee was hot and had pretty much all of their regular treats and eats. There was a line up to get inside but it went by pretty quick. I was able to find a seat to eat my meal and have my coffee.
Had to use the restroom and it went epically well, they knew how to buzz me in right away. However I didn't catch on right away, so I stood confused for awhile. I came back into customer service view and bingo bobs your uncle, the buzzer got me in and then I relieved myself accordingly. I didn't buy anything at all. So I'd like to really make it known this was extraordinary awesome service. I would actually like to say it was an honor to be in the presence of complete understanding ,supportive, kind and compassionate crew.
We had to make a stop on this location before heading back to Vancouver and Nelson the staff who was working today went above our expectation even his working solo at the front at that time he exceeded our expectation he is a great kid with an excellent customer service wishing all tim hortons locations has someone like Nelson.
It was very clean and staff were pleasant and polite and that goes a long way with me.. food was done exactly how I asked,
Great location. The staff here deal with issues from nearby accessible housing, and yet they always maintain a positive attitude. They are always chipper in the morning, and always courteous.
Also, there's a washroom. AND outlets.

The service was very fast & staff is very friendly. They mad best tea I ever had on any Tim.
I've been coming to this Tim's every morning for the last month or so.
They have been wonderfully accommodating in my signing through my order / needing to write it down for them.
Especially Mike, who recognizes me and has my order already pulled up on the till when I come up.
It's a bit of a shame that changes at work mean I won't be coming back for my mornings after next week.
Best experience I ever had with tim hortons till now is here, food is delicious and very quick service
