It's McDonald's. But they have a leaning bench for waiting. Who does that?!?

Always very friendly service at this McDonalds when I get my morning coffee. It's a positive start to the day.
This McDonalds in Langford is great! Most of the time the staff are friendly, the food is correct as to what you've ordered and the inside typically clean! Drive thru is thorough and usually quick!
Plenty of parking in this lot that is free at the time of this review, kid friendly of course and wheelchair accessible!

Drive through was fast and accurate. This location makes good McDonald's products.
The meat is properly cooked and seasoned "fresh looking," meaning the color is good (other locations I get blackened, dry pieces of meat. This McDonald's is consistent đź‘Ś with whatever they make.
Absolutely amazing survive here at the McDonald’s at mill stream extremely fast and delicious food, same with costumer service, as I come here a lot I’ve noticed that one cashier in particular has truly caught my eye, Kyle the cashier was an externality kind and caring, whenever I would have a question about the menu he would help me with gratitude.
I would absolutely love to have him as my cashier again next time I come here.
Workers here are all friendly and such amazing people that give amazing customer service!
Overall nice experience but food needs to be more meaningful.

Well prepared food (some locations just throw sandwiches together, but these look appetizing!), fast considering how busy they are, and friendly staff. The board that tells you what orders are being served/prepared could be more precise because my order was ready 5 minutes after my number disappeared, but aside from that, and no public restroom (it's downtown with lots of vagrants nearby) it's a great location!

I just got one thing to say Ive never been to a McDonald’s when the ice cream machine actually works. This past summer I went to this McDonald’s and it actually was working so I just want to say thank you for letting me try ice cream at a McDonald’s. The McFlurry at McDonald’s was pretty good just like a blizzard and had M&M so that’s why it’s a 10/10 in my book. If your deciding where to get some ice cream ether McDonalds or DQ both insane but when that ice cream machine is working like the one in Langford this is prolly the best McDonalds in Victoria trust. My favourite McDonald’s also the fries were really hot which made the experience insane.
No difference from any other McDonald's, nothing special here. Nothing to comment.
Very busy in the morning give yourself a few extra minutes
We had a terrible experience at opa. I will only go into detail if someone is curious. But mcdonalds was just easier after the weird experience We were so pleased. Everyone was kind, happy, pleasant, wearing masks, the food was warm, fresh, and tasty. Honestly some of the best mcdonalds I've had in years! 5 stars in my books. Staff over worked and long hours, I really want to applaud everyone! Thanks for a happy experience!!
