I am very lucky to have called the Dominion Rocket my home for almost 3 years. Janet and Adam are probably the best property manager/caretaker duo in this city. The only reason I moved out is because I moved in with my partner and we needed more space/full sized kitchen. The Dominion is great if you are in a transitional period in your life, or you prefer simple minimalistic living. Also you can have pets which is a huge plus in this city. If you have a cat, they will make friends.

I loved living here! It's older but so cute and pretty. The staff are amazing. Samena was my original manager and she was awesome, quick, and very involved in creating community within the building. Janet has been a lovely, warm replacement. And Adam, the care taker, is the best! Adam will become your good friend once you move in to the Dominion. My only real issue and reason for leaving is that it is a micro kitchen within the apartment which has been manageable for a year but as a couple who likes to cook, we decided to move on (though there is a big communal kitchen with everything!).
