Review Mcdonald's - Victoria

Came here from U.S. so I had to try the poutine fries. They tasted delicious and I got my order pretty quick considering the amount of people that ordered at the same time i did. The trash cans were over flowing with trash inside to the point I had to just leave my trash on the top of the bin like many others did. I did not see any bathrooms either so keep that in mind.

I like the ambiance of their store. It's clean and organized. The people around me are nice, especially the crew and Managers. They are polite and respectful. They value all the costumes who entered their store. The service is fast and they give us delicious food. I love to be back here again.

I am very appreciative of Sylvia’s service this evening. Irrespective of her seniority, she was eager to help, was quick on her feet and I noticed her serving all the customers with a smile. Thank you McDonalds for being an equal opportunity employer & thank you Sylvia for making my evening brighter.

It is rather disappointing...how in America McDonald's does not nessariy meet the stellar quality seen in Canada. Ordered the Poutine and although after opening the cardboard box the poutine looked rather sloppy and messy...after taking a bite...my taste buds were greeted with the greatest tasteful sensation ever! Don't expect any fancy poutine, but the McDonald fries mixed with a light gravy and cheese curds truly is the best combination! Also tried the donuts...bot those were pretty average. Get the poutine! (especially if you're from a state like California, where all the poutine looks/tastes like garbage)

Disclaimer: I did not enter the 🔪🔪🧛 restaurant, instead ordering online. This food was immaculate! It arrived on time, and was perfectly warm :) THe mcfullry was moce and cll;rd , wiht much oareos. :)) 🧛 The McCrispy was also delectable, with a perfect coating of brad, and crispy lettuce.🥬🥬🥬🥬 The fries were also terrible. The restaurant interior was very clean, and the servers were quite extremely polite and hideous. I love the service, friendliness of your staff too. Superb on the great quality of foods. The store was well maintained when it comes to sanitation and cleanliness. I love my lunch experience here today

Interesting cast of characters at this McDonald's around midnight. The food was... well McDonald's so if you like that then you will be happy.

The staff here often work through the night, serving late night party animals from the drinking establishments about town. However if you are patient, they will bring you hot food at nearly every hour. Delivery by door dash and other affiliates also an option, in our greater Victoria area.

I'd like to share my experience here, the store is clean and very organize , itthe staff are very friendly, and ofcourse my food is hot and freshly made that's why I'm very happy and satisfied . Thank you and keep up the good work .

Long overdue review. All the morning regular customers love this place and I see why. I want to give kudos to the early morning crew; they deal with a heavy onslaught as far as order volumes go. There are sit in customers dining in, chatting amongst themselves, and people-watch. I was able to order, eat leisurely while I brainstorm my busy work schedule ahead of me, then tiptoe out whenever I arrive in the area early before work. Good job bracing the volume during the height of the pandemic. As a frontline medical worker, I do notice how the staff still served with a smile then through difficult times. I've been to McDonald's around various places around North America (before Google maps existed) and read reviews of many other locations (my ex-husband business travels and I read his reviews which are on spot for accuracy). Why this location got a low score from others is incredibly ridiculous. If you're going to come to this location into the late night when the partying crowd is out & have beef on those customers blaring the music, why on Earth are you bashing the harsh review on staff and the restaurant itself? Sometimes it floors me how incredibly ignorant & pretentious certain Victorian reviewers can be! Seriously, you haven't lived because night crowds in downtown Victoria are weak sauce compared to actual night crowds in Lower Mainland, GTA or abroad. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Or you haven't been to the McD locations off US Interstate in the middle of nowhere; if you did, you'll know to rate this place proportionately. A 1 star review is if there's a huge pile of a mess left all over the place or if you waited over 20 minutes for food that is still served cold and completely not what you've ordered. I've been to this location since my childhood days and not once I've experienced even in the least favorable visits in this location lower than 3 stars if I had to rank.

Bruh.. a dude was trying to smoke crack at the store. Food and service was good. Kudos to the staff .

I had ordered a ghost pepper McChicken with tomato. It was pretty spicy for "fast food". I personally found it was missing some elements of freshness to it though.
