If anyone has anything bad to say about this Tim Hortons i think you should step back and realize what this location has to deal with on a daily basis.
I work close to this one, so I come here several times a week (sometimes twice in one day).
I've seen them be yelled at, I've seen people sleeping in here regularly, and who complains? Not them. The customers do, because apparently its cool to rag on tims employees or something. For me personally they haven't gotten my order wrong yet and are always kind.
I've seen these employees go back to work as if nothing happened seconds after being yelled at and verbally assaulted because of their location. I wont say more about that but if you know you know. It's amazing how calm they are.
So yeah, I love this tims :)
Very good atmosphere and the staff are great. Would recommend this location as it was very clean and had all tims classics .
Tim Hortons don’t need any introduction, but this restaurant is special. It stays busy in the mornings but the staff is super friendly and efficient. Very efficient way of handling with customers and even with the cranky pants too. Clean and friendly environment, and that’s probably why it is so crowded in the mornings. My daughters love to eat here. More of a family restaurant for us :-)
The staff here are genuinely the best people ever. Shoutout to Andres, best employee ever 10/10 (everyone else is gud too)

Just wanted to say thanks for starting my day on the right foot. Staff in the morning are always pleasant and friendly. Special shout out to the manager Muscan who always greets me with a smile and has my coffee ready as soon as she sees me pull up. Very much appreciated!!
Honoka is great, she is a server :D very nice. Give her a raise please!!
It can be a difficult location, due to it's proximity to homeless services. Please be nice to the staff here; a lot of them are teens, and their job is already stressful enough.
That being said, it is VERY quick despite how busy it gets (the location is super-jammed with professionals). I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Excellent crew, great management. Kudos :)
I am basing my 5 stars on the two (there were only 2) workers that did a very good job considering how busy they were. Now the not so good part is my coffee was lukewarm which was disappointing. Can’t blame the workers their hands were more than full!!!!
Well, a regular Tim Hortons with all the Tim Hortons stuff. What sets it apart is extremely friendly and courteous staff. Very nice place for a quick bite and coffee.
I got a Tim Horton's card as a gift so I went down and got a few things. I was impressed with the customer service, they had missed my breakfast order somehow and someone that ordered after me got their food first. The lady noticed and gave me a coupon for a free coffee and I wasn't even waiting that long. I would suggest however, not putting a chocolate covered donut and a croissant in the same bag for obvious reasons.
This location has the best dark roast coffee in Victoria. It's weird how each Tim's coffee tastes differently.

This was my first experience in a Tim Hortons and coming from east coast of US it has a slightly upscale Dunkin Donuts vibe.
Donuts were yummy and coffee was good.
