I discovered this charming coffee house while in the same strip mall visiting my doctor. The place has several nice tables with chairs to sit at and a washroom for customers to use. The place is clean and pleasant to sit in. They have tea and coffee but also excellent chai tea lattes and other drinks. They had a large selection of various baked goods including cinnamon buns, cookies, carrot cake, muffins, date squares, and many other items. I found this place to be a charming and relaxing place to recharge in the mid-afternoon. My family had no problem navigating this place with a stroller. The staff were lovely and warm. I would definitely recommend this place.

I stopped in for a cup of coffee while on vacation, after being disappointed by the Tim Hortons right next to Francelli's. They were friendly and quick. The coffee was hot and delicious. I definitely recommend going here

Love this place. The atmosphere is a bit busy, but somehow it always seems to be private. The owners are always so sweet and kind, and the staff they have are very helpful. They have some nice local goodies, and the tea is great. In the summer, the outdoor seating is a nice treat to sit with friends.

I really enjoy going there for a coffee or for breakfast. They have awesome breakfast sandwiches. I also go there on a regular basis to meet with people. The owners are very nice and know what I like. I would and do recommend the place to many people

Try to grab a coffee from here everyday instead of Tim Hortons or Mcdonalds in the same plaza and support local businesses!

Just happen to be in the area and ran into a friend we decided hey let's grab something to eat nearby so just on a whim we walked into this coffee house . I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised at the sandwich and soup offerings very delicious fresh and quick with a side order of delicious coffee lol will be coming back

Not the worst. The staff are nice, but the whole crew (including the owners) need some barista training. they definitely let speed be the priority over quality. vegetarian sandwich needs work but over all, it's a decent place

Nice Pastries. This is a decent place to get a coffee. My wife loves the pastries and the desserts. They are the stars of the show here. I have to admit, though, that I find the hours of operation quite limiting... they seem to close quite early and open too late for me to grab a morning coffee on the way to work. If I'm in the area during the daytime, I will stop.

Francellis. Excellent food, great customer service. not been there for 2 years change of ownership has cleaned the place up and made it a welcoming place to eat. Recommended it to all my friends and family.<br/>5 stars<br/>They also have Gluten free pastries and bagals.

Bad coffee and bad customer service. First time to the place, it is near my house so I thought to try it. we didn't taste it until we came home. ordered an americano, tasted like there was no esspressso in it...like water. called back and asked the guy if i could bring it back to exchange, and he said no! Once the coffee leaves the store, it cannot be returned! I will never go back

Cool place, friendly and warm. The coffee is good, which is the main point. But it's also a fun place to be. Especially if you like cars. Seems to be a fair amount of regular customers, which I always take as a good sign of consistent quality.
