The friday open staff is very nice!! She was friendly and caring. She let me in earlier when it was freezing cold in the morning, and shared the warm smile. She absolutley made my day :)

Best clerk I ever had at subway on West Saanich Rd was this young man, very professional...There were.three of us in our group (we each ordered a footlong)and then a lone customer after us. Today at subway my partner and I had a huge order for our family. The workers there were very friendly and efficient. I can't remember their names. The employees working this afternoon should be praised for their great customer service.

Love this place. Very competent long-term employees, they remember your order if you come often enough, no problem using coupons and place is always clean.
In terms of franchise fast food they are excellent. quick and polite staff and very cleanly. Probably the best Subway i've seen in the city. If you're looking for a quick healthy personalized meal they've got you covered.
