Sushi Island - Victoria - Photo album

A hidden gem! Beautiful and delicious food. This has quickly become my favourite place to eat.
I had the pleasure of visiting Victoria and decided to dine at Sushi Island with my friends. Initially, the restaurant appeared small, but there is a larger dining area beyond the counter. However, we opted for a seat in the well-lit area, and we were pleasantly surprised by our dining experience.
"We visited a nearby sushi restaurant with family for a late dinner and ordered 30 pieces of salmon sushi and a Dragon Roll. Lovely service. Sushi really tasty and good value. Had veggie springroll and fried tofu. Both very good. We had the sashimi assortment of fish. I would go back. There is parking around the back.
Amazing experience. Visiting from Vancouver and this place is by far the best place for sushi I have found in Vancouver and Victoria combined. Awesome rolls, variety, fresh, and tastes amazing. Great customer service as well. Highly recommend.
Delicious shoyo Ramen served hot, quickly. Good prices, decent sushi. Would go again.
Tasty food. Good vegan options & well priced.
Hadn’t been in a few years but food was still great, sashimi was fresh! I think staff was a bit over their heads with a full restaurant and only two staff, they felt a bit run off their feet but did their best.
Cute small place to eat sushi. My server was very nice and food came in a timely manner. Will go again!
The sushi was good in general. I just didn’t really like the fried (tempura) salmon on the big rolls since they were kinda dry. The tray is very big, great value. They also have discount for take out order. The service was quick, just took 20 mins for my food be ready for pick up.
This restaurant is a gem. Always guaranteed great value and friendly service. Highly recommend. Note the decor isn't fancy but it's welcoming.
Great combos, affordable pricing, quiet atmosphere. Could use some modernization, but it was out of this world delicious. The server was very polite, and the chef was on point with everything we had
