Service is wonderful, their food is very tasty and neatness. The soup, I fail in love with it. The quantity of the soup is a bit small. Sandwiches and dressings are awesome. The lady on the prep area is nice and kind-hearted .❤️
Average, very satisfying. Location is perfect for RJH patients, workers, and visitors, I might say. Good job, ladies.
The manager Paulo and his team are amazing. Great service, with fresh ingredients - no green tomatoes.
The staff are all super friendly and most of the hospital staff seem to know Paulo by name. If only every Subway had a Paulo! I highly recommend this Subway location at RJH. Best Subway in Victoria for sure.
As one of my colleagues would say " victoria's finest sandwhich joint". The staff in this subway are next level good in comparison to every subway I have ever attended (thousands). Cant say enough about how good they are
Many coming for lunch. They were efficient and ready to get orders ready since the customers are busy and have limited time to eat.
Sure glad this place is located in the bottom floor of the hospital! Let's just say that hospital food is not what I would recommend lol.
So I went here quite often to get my wife soup, sandwiches and cookies. It was literally a life saver.
The staff working here are an absolute delight and some of the hardest working group I've ever had the pleasure to meet.
The service is fast and friendly; food is good. This location is very small and narrow; the social distance is accommodated by lining up in the dining hall. My only problem with that is that you cannot see the menu board till you are at the order counter. Fine for those familiar with the menu, but I am not so I felt pressure to make a quick decision.
Believe it or not, not everyone walks around with online menu access:(
Its Subway in terms of food. The service at this location was very good! They had 3 people on and 1 was in training...probably 1st or 2nd shift but they were still very efficient, polite and was always smiling to each customer while I was there.
Nice friendly staff, food is always excellent. Thank goodness they are in the food court of the Jubilee Hospital in Victoria or i would starve as the hospital food is unbearable. Never hot .
Hey. I was at the Royal Jubillee Hospital today helping my hippie mom friend wait with her (remarkably non-sick) baby.
I was SOOOOOO hungry when I arrived and did not want to bother with finding my way through the hospital waiting rooms to my friend and her (not gravely ill) baby.
Anyway, once I walked through the door, I smelled soup and sandwiches and coffee. The first place I saw was the Good Earth Coffee House. It was way too expensive for the likes of me.
So I spied the Subway Kiosk. I did not want my usual foot long, cold cut combo on Italian Cheese bread, with all the vegetables except Jalapeno peppers and honey mustard sauce. Too messy, I thought.
Then I noticed the new "Melt" sandwich selection. The sandwich was $4 bux, toasted with choice of meat (I chose Turkey) and swiss white cheese, and choice of vegetables. This time I opted for three vegetables only. Spinach leaves, red onion slices and cucumber topped with the tzatziki sauce, salt, pepper and oregano.
It hit the spot and was easy to eat. Loved it.
Great service at this Subway restaurant! The staff are good at their jobs and the quality is consistent with any other Subway location I have been to. I have nothing bad to say!

Great service/food that saves me from having to go to Tim Hortons like a degenerate. Food is probably healthier? Baby spinach is good for you, I hear.
They always have stock of the gluten free sub bread available, everytime at this Royal jubilee Hospital location...unlike the other locations
The hospital subway's food is exactly what you expect out of a subway, but the staff works very hard and remembers names of staff members and regular patients. They are lovely
Paolo is absolutely lovely, always cheerful, much needed when staying in the hospital.
